Will Cantley's research in David Kaplan's lab on construction of 3D neural networks using pluripotent stem cells featured in Business Insider.

Will Cantley, an August 2018 CMDB graduate, worked with a team at TUSE in David Kaplan's lab to develop and characterize a 3D tissue model that promotes differentiation and survival of functional neural networks. This work has promise with respect to exploring complex neurological disorders under well-controlled conditions in the future.
