The study was lead by Chris Waters, Associate Professor of Microbiology & Molecular Genetics at Michigan State University and Wai-Leung Ng, PhD, a member of the Molecular Microbiology program and an Assistant Professor of Microbiology & Molecular Biology at TUSM. Sackler student Miriam Ramliden is a co-first author on the paper. Miriam is finishing her third year in the program.
