Sackler congratulates Surendra Sharma, Munger Lab and the Biochemistry Program and Michael Collins, Forgac Lab and the CMDB Program, this year's recipients of the Sackler Families Collaborative Cancer Biology Award.

The recipients of this year's Sackler Families Collaborative Cancer Biology Award have been announced.

Surendra Sharma, a Biochemistry PhD student completing his fourth year at Sackler is studying with Karl Munger, PhD. Surendra was recognized for his project "Evaluation of the Long Noncoding RNA, DINO, as a Target for Cervical Cancer Therapy".

Michael Collins, a Cell, Molecular & Developmental Biology student, completing his fourth year at Sackler is studying with Michael Forgac, PhD. Michael was recognized for his project "The Function of V-ATPase a Subunit Isoforms in Breast Cancer Metastasis".
