The Journal of Biological Chemistry Selects Geoffrey Kilili's Paper as "Paper of the Week"

Geoffrey Kilili, a 5th year Biochemistry student in Dr. John Kyriakis' laboratory, has had his first-author paper selected by the Journal of Biological Chemistry (JBC) as "Paper of the Week."

JBC's editorial board members and associate editors have determined his paper "is in the top 1 percent of manuscripts they will review in a year in significance and overall importance." Only 50 to 100 papers are selected from the more than 6,600 they publish each year.

Geoffrey's paper will appear under "Papers of the Week" online in the Table of Contents of the issue in which it will appear; it will also be included in a cumulative collection accessed from the JBC homepage, www.jbc.org.

Please join the Sackler School in congratulating Geoffrey on this accomplishment; it is rare for a student to be recognized in this way.
