Research Synopsis

I no longer accept thesis students but remain actively involved in the teaching, mentoring and training of students in the Pharmacology & Experimental Therapuetics Graduate Program. My area of research dealt with the psychopharmacology of drug abuse, and drug treatment of behavior disorders. One focus has been long-term changes associated with sensitization to stimulant drugs such as cocaine and amphetamine.
