Research Synopsis

As Associate Director of the Bioinformatics Component of the Tufts Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, I advise students and faculty on technologies, tools and best practices for the management and analysis of research data and information. My research interests have focused on the elucidation of the signaling networks of steroid hormones, particularly androgens. Though my laboratory no longer accepts thesis students or rotation students, I remain available for consultation and supervision of projects involving bioinformatics or information technologies.
