What is the ultimate goal of your research?

The goal of our work is to determine the molecular and cellular mechanisms involved in the development of autoimmune Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)

What excites you about your research?

The fact that we are always trying to find something new and the thrill of discovery.

What do you like best about Sackler students?

That they are intense, committed, and grow up so fast and all of a sudden we are learning from them.

What do you do to relax?

I love gardening, cooking, traveling, listening to music and looking at new graffiti art.
