Research Workshop

All students in the Program in Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics that are engaged in dissertation research are required to convene meetings of their dissertation advisory committee at least twice per year to present and discuss progress and develop plans for future work.

At least one of these meetings per year is designated an “Open Committee Meeting” to which all interested program participants (faculty, students, postdocs and technicians) are invited to attend and contribute to the discussions. A short closed meeting of the student and dissertation committee usually follows the open meeting.
