Special Students

Students

Students who are not enrolled in one of the Sackler degree programs can take courses by registering as special students.  Individuals wishing to register for these courses must obtain the permission of the instructor prior to registration.  In some cases, course prerequisites and requirements must be met.

Special students may apply as many as two courses toward future enrollment as a degree candidate.  Thus, students who wish to consider formal application to a Sackler program should consider this policy when they register as special students.

Course listings are posted for each semester and provide a guide to the many educational opportunities available at the Sackler School. Additional information on the requirements and deadlines for special student registration can be found in the Admissions Section.
