A personal interview is an important part of the admissions process for the Tufts MSTP Program. The program sponsors about five interview days during each admissions cycle; about 60 to 70 applicants are interviewed each year.
The interview provides an opportunity for the admissions committee to evaluate the applicants' qualifications and allows the applicants to meet and interact with Tufts MSTP students. Each applicant may also identify faculty of particular interest so that information about research of special interest to the applicant can be discussed.
Applicants are encouraged to arrive in time to attend the applicant dinner at a local restaurant, hosted by current students the evening before the interview day.
